Support service responds on working days, from 9 to 18, but you can leave a request anytime.
Sometimes it takes more time than usual to respond. To solve the problem quiclky, choose the accurate topic and please do not duplicate requests.
All Requests
To create a request:
In Seller account, at the right bottom of the screen click .
Open Requests tab and click Create request.
Choose main topic and subtopic (if present). Then click Next.
Fill in the fields and click Create.
Your request will appear on the same tab. After the response is ready, it will appear on the request page and will also be sent to your email. We usually respond within a day, but some cases may require more time.
If any questions are left or you are not satisfied with the result, you can send a comment. Response to a comment usually comes within a day.
